    We provide free shipping on all items within the U.S (Alaska & Hawaii Excluded). We offer our "Lowest Price Guarantee" and "30-day Price Protection." Shipping to Canada is available for additional fee's, just call or e-mail us for quotes. Orders outside the U.S may be subject to border taxes and import fees.

    How do I place my order online?
    Your Order may be completed online by simply clicking the "Add to Cart" button next to the item you wish to order. Your order will be placed on our secure server requesting your confidential shipping and credit card information. The secure server will protect and scramble the shipping and credit card number with Industry-Standard SSL encryption technology. Your privacy and security is our number one priority.

    How can I pay for my order?
    BostonModern.com accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express through our merchant account and Paypal. We also accept checks & money orders.

    Can I pay for my order by personal check or money order?
    Sure! BostonModern.com accepts Money Orders, personal & business checks. All checks must clear before merchandise will be shipped. If you would like to pay by check just fill out a post card with the correct item codes,sizes. You may also order via telephone.     Do you charge sales tax?
    There is no sales tax collected on any order shipped outside of Georgia. BostonModern.com will collect the appropriate sales tax for orders shipped within the state of GA. (GA 7%. This will be added to your final total when placing your order. Tax Exempt Organizations should fax resale certificates after placing your order

    How does the 30-Day Price Guarantee Work?
    We are confident you will find we have the lowest internet prices. However, if you happen to come across a lower price online for the exact same item, we will beat it by 10%. The price will be determined by the final delivered price including shipping. We reserve the right to check & verify the advertised price.

    What is your return, exchange & refund policy?
    If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item in its original packaging within 14 Days for an exchange or refund. To return an item just call or e-mail us to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA). Exchanges are less all actual shipping charges. Refunds are less all actual shipping charges plus the Restock Fee. To return an item just email or call us to receive a Return Authorization Number(RA). There is a 15% restock fee charged on all returns, unless the item is defective and exchanged for the exact same item. Shipments out of their original boxes, without Return Authorization, or assembled items will not be accepted for return.

    What if an item is damaged during shipment?
    We pack items very securely to insure safe arrival. In the event of damage please notify us & the shipping company immediately* (within 5 days of arrival). Please save all original packaging. Usually our parts department can send replacement parts to handle the situation. Parts usually arrive within 10-14 days. If parts are not available & returning the item is neccesary, a replacment will ship out once the item is returned. Damages that occur on items shipped via truck, must be noted on the bill of lading receipt. *We are not responsible for damages not reported within 5 days of arrival.

    What is the cancellation policy?
    Orders may be canceled anytime before it ships from our warehouse. A cancellation number will be issued. Orders that were not canceled or refused will be charged actual shipping charges plus a 15% restocking fee. This also applies to orders where the customer supplied the incorrect shipping address.

    How long will it take to receive my order?
    In Stock items usually ship out within 48 hours. Arrival time is generally 10-14 days. We will notify you promptly if an item is out of stock. In this event we will offer an estimated in stock date, which is subject to change.

    How will you ship my order?
    We ship UPS Ground for most items. Oversize items or multiple quantity orders may ship via Truck. Trucking orders are curb side delivery & you should expect to have help available upon arrival. Please inspect the package for damages before signing the bill. Inside delivery is available for an additional fee.

    What about international delivery?
    We will ship our furniture throughout the world through UPS Worldwide Express and Expedited Service. Please contact us for shipping quotes. Credit cards may be refused for international orders & may require payment via certified check or money order payable in U.S funds.

    Will my item look exactly like the picture?
    We make every effort to provide high quality images to assist you in choosing an appropriate color. However, images may vary in color depending on your monitor color settings. If exact color is critical to your order we recommend contacting us by phone or e-mail so we can help you. However, we are not responsible for any variations in colors. Returns that are requested for this reason are subject to all of our return policies & fees.

    Will the furniture require assembly?
    Yes. Most items will require some assembly even if not noted on the product description. Please e-mail us if you want to check specific items. All parts including tools, screws, nuts and bolts are packed securely in small bags and boxed with instructions. Easy to follow instructions are included with those items needing assembly. Typical tools that you may need include a hammer, adjustable wrench and screw drivers (Phillips head or flat head).
